Lived & Learned Experience

I have learned so much more from my lived experience and my peers than I ever have in an academic setting. Especially as it relates to offering care to people with trauma histories, relevance to power dynamics and intersectional feminism. I cannot name here every person I have learned from but I want to attempt to paint the picture of my lineages and of who I am responsible to. I would not hold half of the knowledge I do without Black & Indigenous queer femmes bringing the knowledge to me either directly or indirectly.
