CONFLICT PROCESSES
-
Interdependence & access intimacy are foundational to my life & practice. We depend on each other. We each have varying capacities & relational processes are often slow. May our work together be done at a pace that nurtures authentic connection, encourages rest & builds trust.
-
Peer* Support
Peer support tailored to those who want to work on their relational skills. I work best with people who want to dig deep & collaboratively create a window into their conflict habits, attachment style, access needs &/or relational goals. I also provide one-off support for writing difficult emails, conversations that need to happen, setting boundaries & other communication & conflict issues that may arise.

Self-Connection
Often, the survival skills we’ve honed as marginalized people keep us disconnected from ourselves & each other. In self-connection sessions we collaborate to build safety in your inner world to hone your authenticity & unlock your desires. In a system that seeks to disconnect us, pleasure is a radical act. I especially love helping people discover & grow their kinks & gender identity.

Community Resourcing
We do best relationally when we have our basic needs met. When these resources are out of balance it affects our capacity on all levels. In conflict work, it’s important to me to address this. Where able, we will first attempt to meet these needs within community. I also feel passionate about helping people find their purpose & place in the world. I hope for RF to be a space to connect to community & shared resources.
*My peers are: queer, disabled, transgender, non-binary, genderfluid, neurodivergent, harm reduction minded recovering alcoholics & addicts, survivors, femme, fat, kinky, polyamorous people and white settlers who are working on their connection to land & lineage, unlearning racism & addressing the ways we benefit from white supremacy. I give priority to disabled queers, especially during this ongoing pandemic which has been a long enduring time of blatant ableism that continues to cause so much grief, distress & harm. I am a former sex worker with ties to swer communities.
I prioritize working with my peers since proximity to our identities matters & it can be so difficult to find someone to work with who understands these intersections with ease. I ask that you share at least one of these identities & are a person who holds multiple marginalized identities to work with me one on one. I trust you to make that assessment. Thank you for understanding.
